Leads SEO and organic growth — search visibility, qualified traffic, and the technical discipline that keeps a site healthy as it grows rather than heavier.
We operate in six countries from one platform. The argument changes in each market because the buyer changes — the standard of proof behind it does not.
Ft. Social Crew has operated since 2019 and today works across six markets — India, the United States, Canada, Australia, Germany and the United Arab Emirates — from a single platform, with a documented four-stage method and market-specific positioning in each.
Our job is to build and continuously compound organic visibility, trust and qualified pipeline in every country we operate in — through a platform architecture that turns work done once into value multiplied across markets.
That is an architectural claim rather than a slogan: one domain, one codebase, one analytics stack, six genuinely different arguments.

Ft. Social Crew was founded in 2019 by Shruti Garg in Pitampura, New Delhi — not as a funded startup with a big launch, but as one person who had seen too many small and mid-sized businesses sold "brand awareness" packages that never translated into a single sale.
The focus on AI-driven search is not a late addition: the founder's MBA dissertation was on Generative Engine Optimisation — the discipline that now decides whether a brand appears in ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity at all.
The name holds that position. "Ft." stands for "For The" — decisions get made from the client's side of the table. "Crew" means an embedded team rather than a vendor on call.
Repeatability is the point. A method that changes per engagement is not a method, it is improvisation with a diagram.
A structured diagnosis of where growth is actually constrained — not where it is easiest to sell you a solution.
The plan: which channels, in what sequence, against which numbers, with the dependencies made explicit.
Delivery in defined cycles, with leading indicators reported throughout so nothing runs unmeasured.
Reinvesting what works, retiring what does not, and documenting both so the knowledge stays with you.
Positioning is not translation. Each market searches for, and trusts, a different vocabulary for who solves this problem.
India
The Indian SMB market still searches primarily through service-category language. Leading with "Business Growth Agency" instead of a narrow service label widens the page's relevance to more queries and signals a bigger, more strategic engagement than a single-service vendor.
United States
US buyers at the SMB and mid-market level are saturated with generic "agency" messaging and increasingly search for alternatives to a full-time hire. This positioning speaks directly to a budget-conscious, ROI-literate buyer comparing us against hiring a VP of Marketing.
Canada
Canadian B2B buyers frequently frame vendor relationships as long-term transformation partnerships rather than transactional purchases, and respond well to consultative, less sales-forward language than the US market.
Australia
Australian SMBs are highly ROI- and performance-literate from a mature paid-media culture. "Performance Marketing Partner" mirrors the vocabulary they already use with existing vendors and signals accountability to metrics rather than vague brand promises.
Deutschland
German B2B buying culture prioritises process rigour, engineering credibility and precision over marketing flourish. Positioning as a process-automation or digital-engineering company borrows authority from adjacent, higher-trust categories rather than the lower-trust "agency" category.
United Arab Emirates
The UAE market, particularly Dubai and Abu Dhabi enterprise and government-adjacent buyers, associates premium positioning and technology fluency with credibility. This signals both strategic seniority and technical capability, matching the aspirational, status-aware tone of the local B2B market.
The people in the first meeting are the people on the engagement.
Founder & Digital Growth Strategist
Founded Ft. Social Crew and leads growth strategy across the markets it operates in. Works on the join between branding, content, search and paid — on the view that they compound when planned together and cancel out when bought separately.

Get a free strategy callOne team operating across six markets from a single platform. Each market has its own positioning, proof and pricing model — but the standard of evidence does not change between them.
Authority, link equity and brand signals compound across every country folder instead of fragmenting across separate domains that each start from zero. It also means one codebase, one analytics stack and one source of truth.
Diagnosis before prescription, and every metric carrying its timeframe, baseline and attribution method. Neither is remarkable in principle; both are rare in practice.
