SEO Growth: From Zero to 12,000 Monthly Organic Visitors

Confidential — Building Materials & Construction Supply ·

The challenge
Sain Building Material had just launched its website which meant, on search, it didn't exist yet. Zero organic traffic, no ranking keywords, and no domain authority in a category crowded with entrenched national suppliers. Every high-intent search a contractor or developer made for cement, TMT bars, or AAC block suppliers went to competitors. The task wasn't to improve rankings — it was to create a search presence from nothing and turn it into consistent, compounding traffic.

Approach

What we actually did

  1. 01Ran keyword research and targeting around high-intent buyer searches — cement supplier, TMT supplier, AAC block supplier, construction materials — mapped to the right pages.
  2. 02Built the technical SEO foundation: 301 redirects, robots.txt, schema markup, canonicalisation, and Open Graph tags for clean crawlability and rich results.
  3. 03Executed on-page optimisation across the site unique meta titles and descriptions, proper H1–H6 hierarchy, image alt text, and URL structure.
  4. 04Optimised content with internal linking, keyword consistency, and search-intent alignment so pages matched what buyers were actually searching.
  5. 05Published recurring blog and product content built around industry topics TMT bars, PPC vs OPC cement, AAC vs red bricks to capture informational search demand.
  6. 06Ran an off-page engine quality backlinks, business citations, bookmarking, and Q&A submissions to build the domain authority needed to rank and sustain growth.
